Built on Real-World Experience

The academy is founded by Rhea Kolanko, a senior leader and educator with experience in hiring, team development, and business operations.

Through her work in both corporate and consulting environments, as well as her teaching, she has worked with hundreds of students and early professionals. This experience shapes the content, ensuring it reflects what employers actually look for and what works in real-world situations.
